I went inside to order a coffee and I did not like the welcoming greeting from the general manager, she must’ve been having a rough morning, but that should never reflect on the customers inside of a Starbucks. So I asked politely may I get Someone else to Take my order and she use the small words. I am the general manager you can either make your order with me or leave the store. Being that she is a general manager does not mean that she can use that against The customers and have a bad attitude, the entire time of taking my order. Update: called the next day and they were helpful and when I returned to the store, everyone was friendly, saying hello and welcome in! Thank you Starbucks!

Me and a friend stopped by Starbucks and had a great experience. The drinks were good, the environment was relaxing, and everyone was welcoming. We also spoke with CARE USA while there, and they were very friendly and informative.

This has happened several times so now it calls for a negative review. I usually order Extra Protein Foam with my coffee via mobile app and pickup via drivethru. I have been noticing that they totally skip the protein foam which is $2.25 paid add on! One time I went inside to complain, and as soon as I walked in, a lady said I know what happened, let me fix it. I didnt even say a thing beyond my name. So, they knew they messed up and still gave me that order!!! Anyways, they fixed it upon asking. Today again, same thing. No foam. I was in a rush and couldnt go in and complain. Seriously, is this a sweet scam to lower costs?

This by far was the worst Starbucks experience thus far. I came to get my Pastor drink as always this morning. I add apple juice to his drink, I was told about a year ago by one of the managers that they dont do the bottle anymore. She told me how I would need to order it and which is what I’ve been doing. Well I get there this morning and the store manager had the worse attitude. I was trying to explain what I get and how the other manager told me how to order it. He said to one of his employees oh he paying for that apple juice, I advised I wasn’t trying not to pay for it but the way the other manager says to do it was different where I wouldn’t be paying essentials got 2 drinks which is what he made me do. I run 2 businesses as well and would never do a customer like that especially when they explain to me what 1 of my other managers told them.
